Any process like this should be done with a deep feeling of gratitude and love in one's heart, while honoring the sacred presence of Pachamama, and all the forces of creation that live in this moment.  Formally opening sacred space will deeply attune and guide you to the process, and the energy, of what is being created in this powerful shamanic medicine tool.

Florida water is in essence a distilled energy of Pachamama's green and growing vitality, with lovely notes of the Moon's ancient songs singing within it all.  The herbs used should be spiritually gathered in a sacred way, honoring whatever intention you are holding in your heart.  It is suggested to then combine the herbs with a good quality vodka.  All of this will be placed in a glass or ceramic container, and stored at room temperature for approximately 14 days (1/2 the cycle of the Moon).  

Once this process is finished, you can simply place a paper towel or cheesecloth in a mesh strainer, and strain out the liquid from the herbs, placing the liquid into a glass container that has the ability to be closed with a lid.  Florida Water will keep for years.  

Suggested ingredients and ratios:

1/2 cup dried sage

1/2 cup dried cedar

1/2 dried sweet grass

1/2 cup dried lavender

6 cups good quality vodka
